First Line Customer Support Consultant
Our client based in Peterborough is seeking a Customer Support Consultant for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for assisting customers with first line system issues, taking inbound technical calls from customers offering remote support and assistance, problem solving minor IT issues, logging and tracking support, updating customers on resolution, making managers aware of any common trends, weekly reporting and occasional registration of new customers, training and outbound service calls. To be considered for this role you will have exceptional telephone based customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, highly organised and able to work under pressure.
