Administration Team Manager
Our Peterborough based client is looking to recruit a full time Team Manager. This is a great opportunity to join an established local business. You will be responsible to manage a team and ensure that services are completed within agreed SLA's and KPI's. You will be an organised self starter and natural team leader who works well under pressure.
To be considered for this role you will have a strong background in administration service delivery and team management experience. Day to day you will be responsible to ensure contractural agreements, KPI's and SLA's are met, provide recommendations on improvements, and accurate forecasting. General ad hoc duties as necessary to meet business needs.
You will be expected to recruit, train and develop the team, and you will be required to attend off site meetings, this may involve overnight stays.
It is essential that you hold a full driving licence, you will be fully conversant with MS Office, with advanced Excel skills. You will be a good problem solver and work with high attention to detail.
