Located in Dungannon, applications are invited for the following vacancies to assist in the successful delivery of a capital grant scheme that will contribute to the competitiveness of agricultural / horticultural businesses in Northern Ireland.

Project Officers

REF: CSL/PO100

The role includes financial claims processing, handling farmer queries and on-farm inspections.

Successful applicants must possess:
- A third level qualification in agriculture or closely related discipline
- Experience of working in the agricultural / rural community in either a paid or voluntary capacity
- Competency in the use of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organisational skills
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting standards and deadlines

Senior Project Officer

REF: CSL/SPO200

The role includes financial claims processing, handling farmer queries and on-farm inspections.

Successful applicants must possess all of the essential criteria from the Project Officer role and:
- Previous experience of a co-ordination / organisational role in a major project or programme of work
- Experience at leading and motivating a team of staff in a managerial role
- Possesses the necessary skills and experience for reporting into a senior management team
- Ability to co-ordinate and prioritise workloads from multiple sources

Experience of working within a Continuous Improvement environment would be advantageous.

Project Administrators

REF: CSL/PA300

The role includes application and financial claims processing as well as dealing with farmer queries.

Successful applicants must possess:
- GCSEs or equivalent in Mathematics and English (Grade C or above)
- At least two years' experience working within a busy office environment
- Competency in the use of MS Office
- Ability to demonstrate a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven organisational skills
- A friendly and efficient telephone manner
- Ability to work using own initiative to meet standards and deadlines

Senior Project Administrator

REF: CSL/SPA400

The role includes financial claims processing and handling farmer queries.

Successful applicants must possess all of the essential criteria from the Project Administrator role and:
- Experience of leading a team of staff in a busy office environment
- Possesses the necessary skills to co-ordinate workload in a busy office environment
- Experience of reporting into a senior management team
