Customer Service Assistant, Aylesbury

I am recruiting for an experienced customer service assistant to join a highly successful financial firm in Aylesbury. Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for taking customers' orders, while working to targets and providing high standards of customer service.

Day to day activities:
  • You must be available to take customers' orders by telephone
  • You must be available to process customers'' orders from other sources (ie letters, application forms, faxes, emails)
  • You must be available to resolve customer queries
You must have 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grace A-C, including Maths and English. It is also essential that you have prior experience in a customer service position.
