Description: Person Specification Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have a sound working understanding of representative and democratic organisations. You will have experience of writing analytical reports, researching evidence, conducting surveys, making presentations to a wide range of audiences and proven strategic delivery and setting action plans/objectives that are consistent with the organisation's strategy. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a flexible approach to working according to operational demand and commitment to the values of the organization and equal opportunities. You will be experienced in developing and maintaining complex stakeholder relationships, problem solving skills and managing teams. Experience in project management and a commitment to equality and opportunity is essential to success in this role. : Responsibilities The post holder will work alongside and as part of the Senior Management Team managing and planning for sustainable budgeting across SU teams. This will involve co-ordinating and delivering strategic management, membership advice and support.
