Technical Skills

  • Expert knowledge Windows Server/Desktop technologies, Virtualization technologies and techniques, PowerShell/VBS/Java/Shell Scripting

  • Advanced knowledge MS SQL query and Scripting, SysTrack, APM (Application Performance Management) tools,

  • Working knowledge Splunk, ElasticSearch, RPM (Robotic Process Automation)

  • Expert Application troubleshooting

  • Expert o/s troubleshooting

  • Expert in Citrix and VDI troubleshooting

Job Description

  • Experience delivering automated solutions to large enterprises (Fortune 500, FTSE 100 etc.)

  • Expert Windows Server/Desktop technologies

  • Expert Virtualisation technologies and techniques

  • Strong technical and business acumen to make recommendations when to buy' and when to develop' tools and solutions

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Ability to define metrics and end user based actions. High focus on self-heal, self-service heal and heretics.

  • Proficient in correlation and parameterization of machine data to achieve user emulation and profiling

  • Proficient in performance analysis, tuning and monitoring of end user technologies

  • Proficient with bottleneck isolation and diagnostics

  • Dashboard designing experience

  • Ability to engineer a solution and take it from POC to Production state

  • Technical documentation and presentation experience required

  • Excellent written/verbal communication, organization, presentation, and project management skills

  • Ability to troubleshoot & analyse software

  • Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team setting

  • Level3/Level4 engineering managing escalations
