Job Description

Job Title: Commercial Property Administrator

Responsible to: Asset Manager/Commercial Director

The Hargreaves group of companies are a successful property investment and development organisation established in 1964, based in Rustington, West Sussex.

Due to continued growth and the further expansion of our portfolio an opportunity has arisen for an experienced property administrator to work within our busy property management department.

The role will primarily involve assisting the asset and property managers with our commercial holdings to include the preparation of legal documents, compiling statutory information together with the preparation/updating of databases and maintaining company monitoring facilities.

This position will suit a highly organised person who can multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential as is the understanding of commercial property leasing and the associated management tasks.

A proven track record working in commercial property management or an associated legal profession is required, as is the ability to work efficiently and in an inclusive manner within a team.
