Rethink Healthcare is the specialist healthcare practice within the Rethink Group consisting of very successful senior consultants who took the title of Team of the Year 2015 and have grown in stature in 2016 bringing on multiple new clients. As such there is now an opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working and reliable individual to join this amazing team. ??? The opportunity: Due to new customer wins and ongoing business development needs, we are now looking for our 7th member of the Rethink Healthcare team, working in the Rethink Bristol office of around 35 people. The role will be extremely varied; You will perform the full 360 role, proactively generating top class candidates, conducting business development within the Healthcare sector, managing the vacancies from your clients, working with the Healthcare Team Lead to understand and focus on priorities, and of course you'll be working as part of a brilliant team who truly care about the work they do. The roles will all be within Health non-clinical markets - IT, HR, Commissioning, Ops and Governance, Finance and Project / Programme Management. We're looking for someone who is:
  • Ideally around 12 months experience within a recruitment role, ideally within IT or Healthcare, NHS etc
  • Motivated and wants to progress their career
  • Confident with conducting business development activities
  • Able to deploy a range of sourcing techniques e.g. LinkedIn, headhunting, advanced Boolean searching to find both active and passive candidates
  • Great written communications for marketing collateral, blogging and adverts
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
  • Customer service centric in approach, focussed on delivering customer satisfaction
