Senior Support Analyst
Help shape and deliver a first class support environment for Parliament. The Parliamentary Digital Service is transforming the way Parliament does digital. We're responsible for the entire digital strategy, including development of all parliamentary platforms from intranet services to a brand new website. We're currently looking for a number of Senior Support Analysts to join our Live Services support teams. These positions are key to us being able to monitor and continually improve the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of our support function. It's all about delivering a high quality advice and support service, putting the user at the heart of each interaction. We'd like to hear from individuals who can talk to us about user needs, who show a keen interest in new and emerging end user technology and have the capability to pick up new technologies quickly. Also, we're keen on great relationship builders with the ability to manage expectations and handle those difficult conversations in a professional way. You'll have the opportunity to work in a forward thinking technical environment, with a good split between BAU and project work where you can use and hone your understanding of IT best practice across Incident Management, Problem Management and Service improvement, while providing guidance to more junior team members.
