We are are currently recruiting for FULL TIME Telephone Banking Customer Service Advisors in our Sunderland office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join TSB and play a part in our journey to bring Local Banking to the UK. In order to help meet our customers needs we offer a 7 day a week service (8 am - 10 pm)
Full time roles are 35 hrs per week
We are offering a range of shift patterns within this which includes weekend and evening working.
The Full time salary range for the role is ??15150 - ??16300.

You'll be there to give customers clear information and advice. Telephone based, you'll answer their questions and make sure that every customer gets the care and attention they deserve. With your knowledge and expertise you will help our customers find the right products and services to meet their needs.
When our customers want to manage their money - from transferring some funds or setting up a standing order to simply finding out their balance, you'll be there to help them. You'll give clear information and advice and deliver a professional and friendly service, each and every time.
You'll answer customer questions on the phone and make sure that each one gets the care and attention they deserve. So as well as plenty of enthusiasm and self motivation, you'll be genuinely interested in meeting customers' needs and have great people skills.
This will help you connect with customers and provide a great experience to them. You don't need any experience of working for a bank, but you should have good PC skills, an organised, methodical approach and the ability to work to customer satisfaction targets. You'll also need to be willing to work on Saturdays.
