So don't expect to ever feel entirely comfortable What the job is: We are looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to join the Resource Planning Team. Reporting into the Resource Planning Manager the role of the Resource Planner will be to work closely with all departments, facilitate communication and knowledge transfer to build and improve on the current communication between Operations and the RP Team. You will be seen, in the business, as a subject matter expert and will be expected to provide leadership to the campaigns you are assigned to. You'll lead by example, meet timescales, and provide recommendations for performance improvement as well as adding value by providing new ideas. You will need to be able to demonstrate some of your successes to date in terms of how you have added value to accounts/projects as an effective Resource Planner and how you feel value can be added to other accounts in this role. Qualifications Is this the job for you? You will be a Resource Planning Analyst and have done Resource Planning Analyst role for at least a few years within a Resource Planning team (extra points if it was in a Back Office or client driven type environment) and have been great at it and all that being a Resource Planning Analyst involves -if it needs explaining then this is probably not for you. Some bullet points about you: Experience working within a Resource Planning Team Ability to work as part of a team, contributing to and sharing best practice as well as the ability to work on own Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment Ability to plan and prioritize own workload Attention to detail and the ability to identify trends in service level performance Organizational skills Communication/people skills Be able to manage multiple accounts/projects Have experience in the use of/be skilled in Microsoft packages Additional Information How to Apply?
