Staff Nurse - RMN - High secure PICU - Mental Health Hospital - Birmingham, West Midlands - Salary £30,000 per annum I am currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join this specialist Mental Health Hospital in Birmingham, West Midlands. My client is one of the most highly regarded mental health providers across the region and are looking for an RMN who is experienced in medium to high secure acute settings or have worked in a forensic environment to join this PICU ward in Birmingham City Centre. This 10 bedded PICU ward requires an established and confident RMN who thrives in a demanding and challenging environment. You will be passionate about making a real difference to patients in your care who have very complex and unique disorders. Although at times, due to the nature of the environment the role can be frustrating and dispiriting you will have the specialist, expert support of your peers and be rewarded in turn by a comprehensive training and development programme and a host of personal benefits. Working on a relatively new, high secure PICU you will be joining an expert and experienced team who together will work to provide an exceptional level of care to young adults admitted to this unit. You will be competent across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge. It is essential that you have experience of working in a PICU or a high/medium secure acute mental health setting.
