From £8.00 to £8.20 per hour (Zero Hours Contract)We currently have opportunities for Support Workers to join the team at our Residential Young Peoples Services in Upper Shirley. These are Bank positions working ad hoc hours as when required by the service to cover for sickness and holidays.Our young people's services provide high quality residential services for young people aged up to 19. We offer tailored care and support for young people with conditions such as autism, mental health problems, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities. We have a range of residential services that offer a stable and supportive environment in which young people can develop their skills, independence and confidence. Shifts are varied and based on the needs of the individual child/young person and the specific homePrevious experience of working with young people but this is not essentialQCF / NVQ Level 2/3 in Care or equivalent is desirableA full clean UK driving licence would be good but is not essentialOur positions are subject to Enhanced DBS Disclosures which will be completed upon successful application.
