We are looking for an experienced customer support representative to join our client in Surrey. The successful candidate will be the go-to person within the company’s front line support team. You will be responsible for finding and delivering solutions for customers.

The responsibilities:

•Providing telephone and email support
•Serving customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems, fulfilling requests, accurately updating and maintaining the database
•Addressing customer needs and challenges in a timely and efficient manner
•Using the company’s online applications, and other online tools to respond to client inquiries
•Responding to complaints from customers, ensuring all situations are resolved or escalated appropriately
•Assisting senior members of the team where appropriate

The requirements:

•You must have an excellent telephone manner and be confident when handling high volume incoming inquiries
•Able to demonstrate competency within technology including but not limited to email, internet, Excel and Word
•Previous customer service experience required
•Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to clients
•Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM System) would be advantageous although not essential (training will be provided)
•Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment
•Fluency in written and spoken English is essential. An understanding of other languages would be advantageous
