Company:My client is a leading manufacturer of kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture, employing hundreds in the UK. They can offer the right candidate a great opportunity to further their sales career. 
The Opportunity:As Project Installation Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of surveys, deliveries and installations of all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furniture. You will be managing a team of around 6 people, dedicating time to the training and development of this team. This is a hands on project management role, as well as supervising other PM’s with their supply and installation. You will be managing all sub-contract resources, recruitment, inductions, appraisals and compliance in accordance to the company’s standards and conditions. You will be managing and developing the audit, quality controlling the process to assure installations are carried out correctly, minimising call backs and repairs. You will be working on site, with contractors, this is not a residential based role. 
The successful candidate will have previous experience on sites, managing installations, with a full working knowledge of supply and fit chains. Kitchen installation project management experience would be ideal, however this is not essential and any product that is installed into new build properties, private or public on a mass scale would be considered. You must have strong management skills, with previous experience in managing, coaching and developing an existing team, pay strong attention to detail and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. Time management skills are essential as a lot of projects on the go at any one time will be occurring. A CSCS card would be highly beneficial.
