Elevation HR are currently recruiting for 2 Learning & Development Advisors for an organisation based in West Yorkshire. These roles are initially for a Fixed Term Contract until the end of March 2017.
This role will be responsible for evaluating current development needs across both technical and soft skill areas, then developing and delivering the resulting training programmes.
Elevation HR are keen to speak to L&D Advisors with the following experience and knowledge:
* Leading engagement and sharing key knowledge with business experts
* Working with external suppliers to design and deliver key technical and soft skills training
* Design and delivery of practical, interactive training needs
* Working as part of a wider L&D team and supporting them in key projects and initiatives ensuring delivery against timescales.
* Understanding of E-learning modules, classroom based delivery and webinars
Key skills required:
* Experience and knowledge of blended learning implementation
* Demonstrable development and maintenance of internal and external relationships
* Supporting and embedding change within a business
* Strong project management skills
Given that this is a fixed term contract with immediate requirement we are looking for people who are immediately available or have a weeks' notice period ideally.
