You must have great enthusiasm, passion and be very caring, we can’t teach you this but we can coach you on how to deal with situations confidently and comprehensively. You can expect first class training as we take your personal development very seriously.

  • Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (40 hours).

    Applicants will be required to be flexible and be prepared to work additional hours at busy periods. Of course you will need to have excellent IT skills, a brilliant telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.

    Salary - £16,000 - £21,000 dependent upon the role and your experience.
