About the Role

An exciting opportunity now open to join our Manchester Sales Team as Account Director. The role will be responsible for leading the QA sales engagement in regional public sector accounts. You will increase QA revenues by providing insight into out learning capability and to become a trusted advisor to our senior client stakeholders.

You will have the skills to elevate relationships with our Strategic Clients to identify and close large projects and programmes. To support the Account you will lead, coach and inspire your team of Account Managers to ensure the accounts are managed to an excellent standard. This is a senior role, it is challenging but hugely rewarding. It will suit an individual with a real passion for developing people; both as an advisor for our clients and the leader of an extended QA account team.

About The Person

  • Highly effective presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership within an account team
  • Proven track record of success selling to Senior Management level
  • Excellent written skills and the ability to structure large bids and proposals
  • Strong awareness of complex and multi-tier sales processes
  • Ability to set account teams clear and measurable objectives
  • Strong account management/account director background
  • Proven proactive sales experience with demonstrable track record of success
  • Energetic problem solving personality
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial outlook
  • Highly driven, articulate and ambitious with the ability to work towards team revenue targets
  • Ability to demonstrate delivery of effective consultative sales methods
  • You will enjoy working within a fast paced environment, have a determined and confident character, with an organised and methodical approach.
