LOCATION: Berkshire
SALARY: up to £30K (depending on experience)

OVERVIEW: A Junior - mid level Project Coordinator role working for a large FMCG company specialising in household brands. You will be employed by a retail marketing agency but will work at the client's offices full time and work as part of their own team.

* Co-ordinate and deliver best in class retail point of sale solutions to agreed specifications and deadlines, and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
* As well as managing printed materials and POS you will also be responsible for managing all administrative tasks for production.
* You will be responsible for briefing work into suppliers including any small format printing requirements as well as managing their performance.
* Raise purchase orders, look after budgets, invoices and create weekly reports to update the team on the progress of projects.
* Maintain a library of all POS projects in order to plan for future projects and evaluate previous projects for future development.
* Ensure that clear brand strategies are consistent through POS and both brand and trade strategy are considered in the development of POS solutions.


* We are looking for someone who has proven Project Coordination / Project Management / Project Administration experience.
* Industry experience of Retail / POS (point of sale) / print / packaging or FMCG is desirable.
* Enthusiastic and professional attitude with the confidence to speak to people at different levels.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task.
* Excellent attention to detail is a must!
* Computer literate on Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat ideally.
