The Company
My client is a world-wide market leader in 3D signage for venue and event branding for indoor and outdoor use.
They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team!

The Role
The Business Development Manager will be hungry to win new business, be tenacious and enthusiastic to go out and hunt new business. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing the sales within the company through developing existing accounts and affectively planning mapping out target clients to maximise sales and growth.

The Business Development Manager's main responsibilities will be;

oMap out the key target clients, existing and new, to develop and grow into key accounts
oPromote the Business' range of products including event branding, indoor and outdoor signage.
oLiaise between the Production, Operations and Account team to maintain a smooth and concise process
oUse MIS systems to accurately record all orders and production schedules regarding the assigned accounts
oWork towards KPIs and set sales targets, managing pipeline effectively to hit and exceed these targets
oTo be a confident and competent Sales person who can deliver the companies values, business model and goals

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have the following;
oHND or Bachelor's Degree in a business related field
oBe from the industry in a similar New Business / Business Development role
o3+ sales experience in Digital Print - Retail/Outdoor/Exhibitions/Large Format
oProof of achievements vs sales targets
oExisting portfolio of accounts to bring to the company that they can grow and nurture
