Johnsons Apparel Master is one of the leading suppliers throughout the UK of industrial work wear in both rental and launder of work wear garments and other associated products.

Due to retirement we are currently recruiting for a service executive / account manager to support our team based in Hadleigh, Essex SS7 2BY. Working with a regular client base with in a defined territory area this role has a wide service remit and account management. Mainly field based supported by a plant based administration team.

Tasks and responsibilities

- To deliver customer service to all accounts with in the territory area.
- To develop and expand existing rental business and introduce new services to existing customers.
- To support in the delivery of direct sales from the existing customer base.
- Provide cost effect and practical solutions to service issues that arise.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with customers with in territory area.
- Manage accounts in preparation for renewal and negotiation of on-going contracts
- Co-ordinate customer care in conjunction with office based service administrators to ensure customers account remains up to date and meets the customers' needs
- Add additional new customers through local area knowledge and recommendations from existing customers
- To Be the focal point for customers enquires , technical support and operational effectiveness
- Support customers' needs with product knowledge in work ware and hygiene items and services.
- Mange own day to day appointments and travel, with in a frame work to meet customers' expectations of service delivery and visits in person.
- Meet or exceed targets set by the company in regards to the business growth of existing customers work ware rental and hygiene rental items.
- Be able to adopt a hands on approach if the need arises

Full driving licence and the ability to develop good local knowledge of customer base.

Package details

Salary £25 , commission averagebased on the existing team average of £4200 PA on a target related schemes but not limited or capped,commission payments paid on existing business growth , rental sales incentives , optional health care , company car , Phone, lap top , holidays , share save scheme ( after 2 years )

We are aiming for a phased hand over of accounts , due to the retirement of one of our long serving Service executives.

At Apparel Master Hadleigh, we pride our self's on our people and the successful candidate will be joining a well-established team lead by an experienced manger. Significant year on year growth has been achieved by the Team in the last 2 years. The successful candidate would receive full training both in the Plant as well as field based support before taking over the service area independently.
