Account Development Manager: An experienced Account Development Manager is required to join one of the UK's leading independent providers of Business Mobile & Data Solutions. The Account Development Manager will be working in a lively fast paced office, looking after Corporate and SME accounts, ensuring that clients remain satisfied at all times. The Account Development Manager will ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, build relationships with customers and complete all associated administration.

The successful Account Development Manager will have a proven track record in managing and developing key accounts, client service, possess strong organisational and time management skills, and enjoy working in a team based account retention environment, involving up selling and customer renewals. Experience in the Telecommunications field is essential. This role is 30% office based and 70% attending meetings with existing customer base to develop accounts to increase revenue and retention.

Skills & Experience:
- Experience in providing the highest standard of Customer Service (ideally Business to Business)
- Telecoms experience essential
- Experience in developing key accounts and be comfortable with dealing with all types of decision makes including board level
- Arranging and attending meetings on a regular basis
- Landscaping existing accounts
- Identifying revenue generating opportunities from existing accounts
- Renewing existing base
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills
- A committed team player
- Listening to and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Fast learner, works with accuracy and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, positive and enthusiastic
- Professional telephone manner
