Home based with travel throughout Leicestershire and surrounding

£30,000 - £50,000 basic includes car allowance, plus 1 year OTE £70k, 2nd year £100k (uncapped)

We are growing fast, profitable and creating new opportunities within our organisation. Due to this we have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our sales force and work solely on new business growth.

This is a brand new position directly driving the growth of our recruitment system / ATS sales. This is the ideal opportunity for someone with knowledge of SaaS solutions, ATS or HR system / software sales to hit the ground running and continue to introduce our cutting edge recruitment technology to companies throughout Leicestershire and the surrounding areas.

Targeting companies across your designated territory, you will manage leads and pipelines and consistently maximise all opportunities, defining, executing and owning the "territory" sales strategy. You will be expected to keep thorough records of customer interactions and provide projections on a weekly basis and you will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the sales life-cycle and your previous over achievement within this area.
