Due to expansion aspirations within the organisation, our client now seeks an ambitious and driven Account Manager to enhance the sales performance and increase revenue focusing on specific accounts within the New build/ Housebuilder industry. This role will focus on developing relationships with both National and Regional Housebuilding companies.

We are seeking a consultative Key Account Manager who can offer an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to progress within this fast paced organisation. Housebuilder Account Manager - The Person
As a competent Account Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing existing accounts and developing business within them, you`ll be a key point of contact for a single New Build / Housebuilder account managing the regional office. This is a pivotal role within the business maintaining and growing the existing accounts within your specified geographical area.

This will be a client facing role, and you will be at the forefront of maintaining and growing profitable relationships within the South East client base. If you can offer a strong track record of achievement and the ability to build long term relationships then we want to speak to you about joining this long established company.

The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:

- An enthusiastic, driven can do attitude
- A confident and engaging client facing sales professional
- Proven experience in successfully managing and growing accounts
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Communicate professionally across multiple levels of business
- Ability to forge and develop relationships with key decision makers - both internally and externally
- Ability to effectively use a CRM system
- Positive attitude in an autonomous capacity
- Experience of working with Housebuilders / Housing Developers
- Experience within the manufacturing industry preferably kitchen, bedroom or bathroom
- Educated to degree level
