A key role in their Technology and Operations, this role is to manage the migration of Customer Data as part of the transition of the business to support their Reform. The role will involve a high degree of cross-functional working and conflict resolution in the context of Data migration involving business functions such as IT, Technology & Operations, Legal, Finance, Risk, Data Quality Teams and Operations.

The role holder needs the ability to work under considerable pressure and to aggressive timescales due to regulatory drivers and oversight
*Manage with key stakeholders a review of the Back Book of Customers to determine which Bank they should reside in.
*Analyse Customer, Account and Product data to understand the migration impact.
*Oversight of Data Migration Certification process and associated BAU Data Controls.
*Identification of Data Issues/Gaps and oversight of Data Remediation plans to address.
*Contribute to, and actively manage and/or participate in, an environment of high complexity - multiple parallel IT and business change projects.
*Detailed Experience in Data Migrations and specifically activities relating to Customer Data Analysis, Data Mapping Reviews, Data Quality Assessments and Data Cleansing.
*Experience in oversight of Data Certification and Data Controls for Data Migrations and BAU.
*Experience in establishing BAU Data Controls.
*Experience of working within a project environment with defined deliverables and pressurised deadlines.
*Prior experience in a CDO (Chief Data Office)/Data Governance function
A pre-requisite is the ability to communicate & present effectively to executive stakeholders. You'll be a strong influencer, able to get buy in from stakeholders & subordinates alike.
