The Role:

Middlesex based client requires an enthusiastic, keen and immediately available candidate to assist with general administration within the office.

Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Duties include but are not limited to

- Dedicated administrator assisting Senior Contract Administrator
- Answering phone calls within a timely manner - transferring and taking messages where necessary
- Daily interaction with clients, engineers and subcontractors
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing invoices
- Receipting goods
- General filing & scanning
- Daily input of all works onto In House system
- Assisting with Helpdesk duties

Full training will be given on all of the above tasks and on-going support from the admin team.


- Competent in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
