An exciting opportunity to become a valuable member of a hardworking, friendly and fun team. Our client is a busy, constantly developing marketing company based in Stonehouse and they are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join the team. Full training will be provided.

The role is to support the buying team and responsibilities will include:

- Support the Buying Team in sourcing new web traffic suppliers with current suppliers. This will include sourcing new types of traffic such as Facebook pages, blogs and new websites.

- Liaise with the traffic team and outsourced contractors to request and provide feedback on new creative materials

- Competitor research. Complete monthly report analysing competitor sites and looking in comparison to our sites. Including understanding the competition's traffic sources and researching and investigating the different types of traffic used.

- Working closely with other teams in the company in order to understand the quality and performance of the traffic being purchased. Identify and investigate any trends and patterns.

- Completing mailshots via the Traffic emailing system promoting new campaigns and generating interest.

- Update and maintain the supplier database.

- Supporting the new business department promoting third party campaigns and obtaining new email/ display suppliers

This is a diverse role due to the progression of the company, with additional duties being incorporated as the role develops.

Required skills & qualifications:

- Highly organised and self-motivated

- Good with numbers and data

- Ability to follow projects and communicate with relevant departments

- Confident in communicating with suppliers via email and telephone when required.

- Dedicated and hard working

- Minimum C grade GCSE in Maths and English (or equivalent)

- Experience of working in an office environment is beneficial however not essential

- Team player, but also confident to work independently and ask for instructions when unsure

Hours - Monday - Friday - Full Time - (7.5 hours per day with 1 hour lunch) they operate flexible working hours therefore the office opens at 8am and shuts at 6.30pm, with the core hours being 10am - 4.30pm

Salary - £15k
