My client is a leading food/drink manufacturer/distributor that is currently looking for a Business Analyst to join the business. With a team of experts, they are able to provide a bespoke, flexible service.

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join the team. You will be reporting to the Chief Information Officer providing excellent quality of service to all customers.

Main Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for implementing SAP business processes working directly with key stakeholders and process owners.
Providing support to SAP to the full landscape including the implemented modules and infrastructure
Carry out general maintenance to the ERP by the operation of procedures and documentation in an accurate manner and ensuring compliance support to any internal and external audits.
With the use of external support providers to maintain the security procedures of the ERP system that is in line with the external regulation and audit requirements
Providing support to the Service Desk and EP management with incidents, problems and changes, and including building procedures.
Working with the head Information Officer with the effective management of external resources; agree with the CIO project scope, cost and timescale to ensure delivery.
Liaising with the technical team to ensure the delivery of scheduled activities with the required skills and techniques and coordination of activities with the development team
Working together with all levels of the business, communicating accurately and ensuring that the ERP system is on par with industry best practice and the business strategy.
SAP development and configuration changes management
Implementing the SAP business processes and working closely with directors and process owners.


5 Years + experience across the SAP landscape
MMAP Desirable
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
To work independently and effectively, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
