Our Client is looking for someone to manage all the Building Control staff in the Northern region as well as getting involved with Business Development, client meetings, looking after the fee flows, budgets, etc.; some key areas as follows:

- Play key role in the region's delivery of annual targets and profitability
- To maintain appropriate profit levels
- Maintain a good level of staff retention
- Demonstrate continued growth
- Setting, control and management of budgets / targets
- Working with the Board taking joint responsibility in preparation of detailed 12 month strategy and three year Business Plans on an annual basis
- Overall responsibility for service delivery, client retention, staff management and staff retention; managing the resource profile to ensure it meets business needs
- Demonstrate leadership of the business with staff and take responsibility for and ensure that regular Team meetings take place involving all subordinate staff
- Assist Managers in their regular Staff Performance Appraisals of subordinates helping to
- Undertake regular Performance Appraisals of Managers
