Overall Job Purpose

Helps the Project Manager in the delivery of key Business Projects.

Provides team co-ordination and support to the Project team.


* Reports to the Project Manager
* Primarily, the role involves interacting and working with members of the Project delivery team, but also interaction with senior management and the Business Implementation Team
* Based in London, with time spent in the Croydon office as required.

* Helps the Project Manager in tracking of progress against the project plan
* Tracks, collates, maintains and updates project documents, and helps assemble papers for meetings and senior stakeholder review
* Tracks & keeps updated risks, issues, actions, decisions in project logs
* Arranges project meetings & other meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and follows-up on actions and deadlines from meetings
* Provides administrative support to the Sterling team with IT issues, room bookings, VC/Teleconferences, holiday & absence records, travel, and on-boarding of new team members

* Alongside the Project Manager, acts as the co-ordinator and communication point across the project to ensure coherency and help manage interdependencies between different workstreams

Knowledge / Skills / Experience required


Familiarity with project management tools, techniques or processes.

Knowledge or experience of the retail wealth environment is preferable.


Some experience of project administration.

The candidate must have experience of working as part of a fast-delivering, multi-disciplinary team.
