I am currently seeking an experienced CRA to work in a fully embedded role at a global pharmaceutical company. Working in a position dedicated to Phase I Neurologystudies, you will have the opportunity to develop a niche skillset, and gain exposure to some of the most innovative and ground-breaking studies currently taking place in the UK. This is an extremely exciting and rare position that would be ideal for a Senior CRA interested in developing their Phase I knowledge.

The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for:

- Management of the full clinical trial lifecycle, from start-up to close-out
- Conduct and plan site visits (feasibility, site selection, interim, close-out)
- Site relationship management and development
- Adherence to ICH-GCP and all relevant regulatory guidelines
- Design and delivery of training to site staff, as appropriate
- Ensuring adherence to project schedule and taking appropriate action to ensure targets are met
- Co-monitoring and training of more junior members of staff

The role will require:

- Significant independent monitoring/site management experience in a CRO or Pharma environment
- Life Science degree or healthcare equivalent
- Experience working on CNS/Alzheimer's studies
- Previous experience working on Phase I studies
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local and international regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel
