Since this company was established in 2012 it has become one of the busiest craft beer destinations in the UK. Situated in Queens Yard, the heart of Hackney Wick their flagship brewpub sits canal side in a converted print works; here they serve their own range of beers alongside their famous pizzas.

Four years down the track, it's not just their beer that's developed, grown, and matured; they have an awesome team and a wide range of roles and opportunities. Their beer is still made in Queens Yard, they have been increasing their capacity year upon year and their capacity was over 500,000l in 2015. As a fast expanding company with a view to opening more sites in the near future they now have a need for an HR Manager to help keep their people focused business running smoothly.

The Role
- Recruitment of senior staff, performance reviews and group training
- Provide day-to-day HR support, coaching and advice to managers
- Provide timely and accurate advice to managers and employees on any HR related issues and overseeing disciplinary proceedings where needed in accordance with HR guidelines and employee handbooks
- Ensuring compliance with any legislative changes, identifying the issues and implications these might have on the company
- Providing accurate job descriptions for employees and new starters
- Workforce Planning based on the requirements of their short and long-term business objectives
- You will be working alongside the Operations Manager directly reporting to the company Director
- You will have overall responsibility for implementing and managing the HR strategy to ensure improved productivity and efficiency.

The Right Person
- Appreciation for the importance of Health & Safety within a brewery, warehouse, events spaces and busy bar/kitchen setting.
- Ability to identify, design and undertake training where appropriate.
- At least 5 years experience of strong business partnering, advisory or client delivery roles.
- Experience working with different departments in order to understand their needs.
- Proven data quality and tracking abilities
- Experience in conducting audits and interviews.
- Approachable, reliable, administrative, energetic, great multi-tasker with meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter and a great communicator
