One of the UKs leading providers of private healthcare services currently requires an experienced Radiographer to work as Lead Diagnostic Radiographer in their Harrow based hospital. In this role, the post-holder will undertake a full range of general and specialised procedures to a high standard.  You will share responsibility for the safe and efficient operation of the Imaging Department whilst providing a comprehensive imaging and radiography service to a diverse patient mix.  Applicants should meet the following criteria; Have completed a Degree or Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography and HCPC registered practitioner IV Cannulation certificate Up to date working knowledge and experience of a wide range of routine and specialised techniques including skills in general theatre, fluoroscopy, CT and MRI A recognised mammography accreditation Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, working well within a strong team and from your own initiative You will be willing to undertake any further training or studies required and will support junior colleagues in their professional development Working hours for this post are 37.5 per week and are predominantly on days although a degree of flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the department.  The competitive salary offered is £39,000 per annum along with a benefits package which includes private medical plans, life assurance, a generous annual leave allowance and excellent training, development and progression opportunities.
