Your new role As an interim HR Administrator you will responsible to provide project support and high-level of administration reporting to your team. You will provide support to employees and managers within HR Operations which include providing knowledge of HR processes and have strong expertise on HR systems. You will need to review and process information regarding joiners, leavers and HR transactions and have the ability to push back on demanding stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed You will need to prove you have strong understanding of HR processes and systems which include an advanced level of MS Office including Excel. You must prove you can handle high levels of administration with a strong attention to detail in a timely manner.
