My client is a multi sector built environment company who are looking for a Sub Contract Procurement Administrator to join their very busy and expanding team - the role is based on the Blythe Valley Business Park.Salary for this role will be dependent on experience however is circa £20/£22k Due to limited public transport you should ideally be living local to the area or have your own transport.Responsibilities:Maintain central procurement relationships, supporting information requestsEnsure adequate due diligence checks have been made including finance insurance and design competency.Monitor order/letter of intent documents to ensure necessary checks have been completed prior to issue of the orderEnsure all relevant checks are performed on sub-contract documentation (new & addendum) to execute the orderCollate information for, and produce, relevant buying /spend reports for business useEnsure appropriate payment terms have been incorporated into all Subcontract Agreements.Undertake Financial Credit checks on our key trade subcontractors bi-monthlyWork with cross-functional groups with regards to contract administration and tender supportAssist the Chief Buyer with updating our standing orders and commercial procedures (Material & Plant Supply Chain) & periodically check that these are being adhered to by the buying teamManage the return of signed subcontract agreements, informing the project teams accordingly.Ensure sub-contract & consultant authorisation forms have the relevant approvals.Ensure Safety, Health and Environmental Management (SHE) is made every Employee first priority and put to the top of all agenda.Demonstrate a positive and professional behavior with internal and external stakeholders. Individual & Qualifications Proven experience in administration - sub-contract procurement experience desirableComputer literacy to include working knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
