We are the UK's largest off licence operator with a growing convenience offer under our fascias of Bargain Booze, BB's Warehouse, Wine Rack and Select Convenience across over 700 stores. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team to take responsibility for the planning and delivery of the Wine Rack brand plan including PoS, leaflets, digital, PR and advertising. In this role, you will contribute to the Wine Rack Marketing Strategy and deliver the Wine Rack promotional calendar, ensuring investment is used to its maximum effect and innovative ideas are generated to contribute towards driving sales in our Wine Rack stores. You will work closely with our Head of Operations, Buyers and Master of Wine to evolve the Wine Rack brand and work closely with the Commercial Finance Team to analyse all marketing activity. As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be have a proven track record of successful brand management, ideally within a retail environment, being able to provide clear examples of where you have innovatively developed the image of a consumer brand, in line with business strategy and within budgetary constraints. You will be adaptable to the needs of a fast growing business whilst maintaining professionalism and work well in a team . You will have a passion for retail and will drive for excellence in everything that you do. In return, you will receive a salary of circa £25,000 per annum, bonus potential of up to 10% of your annual salary, access to our award winning share incentive scheme, pension contributions and health care.
