My client, a growing company based in Wilmslow are currently seeking a skilled HR & recruitment administrator to join their current team. We are seeking someone who is friendly and personalbe, but also someone who is able to look at and suggest improvemenets to processes and procedures. Duties include: Key Responsibilities Responsible for the complete recruitment process, including talent attraction, candidate screening, organisation of training and assessment centres/interview that delivers a cost effective and time efficient service to the business Using a range of techniques and methods such as social media along with recruitment agencies to attract high calibre individuals to the business Ownership of the induction and leaver process ensuring all employees are welcomed to the business and integrated into the workplace, ensuring all administration is timely and accurate Provide support to employees and line managers across the business in relation to polices & procedures, along with support for the disciplinary and grievance procedure attending hearings as HR representative Provide full administration support to the Learning & Development Business Partner and HR Business Partner, in particular monitoring and maintaining the personnel filing system, recording of sickness and holidays and maintaining and updating the HR policies and procedures Work closely with the Payroll & Recruitment co-ordinator to deliver a first class people focused service to all employees Hours of work will be 8:30-5:30 Monday to Friday. Salary is negotiable dependant on skills and experience.
