Senior Cluster Revenue Manager Based in Hertfordshire, our global US owned business seeks an experienced revenue managers to join them as Senior Cluster Revenue Manager. This job would suit individuals with previous revenue experience who will be responsible for maximising revenue and profits for multiple hotels through the strategic coordination of revenue management processes and procedures. To drive the continued development and growth of customer service standards, revenue and profits from multiple hotels and to deliver the companies mission relating to profit, people, customer and quality. The company is truly world renowned with operations in over 75 countries and employing in excess of 100,000 people. Exciting growth is forecasted over the next 10 years with a business plan that shows a 33% increase in its sites and global market. To ensure that the company is structured correctly to deal with this growth, a newly created European Revenue Centre has been developed in Watford. The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills along with the ability to deliver presentations in a concise, will-organised manner. The candidate must be able to present clear and logical arguments and decision based on factual data as well as being quick and accurate when evaluation complex information. Being able to recognise trends in data is essential as is being confident in communicating with a wide range of people. The individual must be able to demonstrate leadership and effectively motivate a team as well as being able to manage time efficiently. Job Objectives: Create and maintain a qualified and effective team of Revenue Managers and Revenue Analysts Ensure that sales and pricing strategies are based on sound commercial judgement through effective analysis and reporting Ensure professional and efficient utilisation of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures Ensure effective information gathering and analysis is conducted in order to identify and maximise on all possible opportunities and minimise any risks Ensure that relevant hotel and above-hotel commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions by maintaining regular communication to effectively implement optimal strategies and controls Integrate with other functions to ensure we exceed our customer's, owner's and shareholder expectations Ensure high quality of revenue management processes and communications is applied consistently Duties Include: Inventory Control: Manages and maintains Group and Transient inventory controls Sales and Pricing Strategy: Develops, monitors and adjusts sales and pricing strategies Information Analysis and Monitoring: Provides critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors Forecasting: Prepares all weekly, monthly, 3 month and budget using appropriate systems and tools Competitive and Demand Analysis: Ensures rate shopping data is consistent, appropriate and effectively analysed Drives incremental EBITDA, RevPar and Fair Market Share performance through the following: Team Management, Training and Development: Effectively manages the team and provides training and coaching to current and new employees to improve performance and to meet the current and future needs of the business Driving Commercial Performance If you enjoy Revenue, Pricing, Yield with great benefits and a fast paced environment then this is the perfect job in the perfect company.
