Our expert care supports our service users to continue to live independently in the familiar surroundings of their own homes. An opportunity has now arisen to join our team as the Registered Branch Manager at our Comfort Call Branch in Rotherham (S62 6NU). The role of the Branch Manager is to manage and grow a successful local domiciliary care business delivering services of the highest quality and efficiency within a defined geographic area, with the support of a team of suitably qualified and supported staff. We especially encourage applications from candidates who have experience of managing large domiciliary care services (circ 5,000hrs pw) Typical Duties will include, but not be limited to:- Business Management o Manage services and resources. Meet/exceed targets. Budget Control and Management. Monitoring of KPI’s. Management Reporting. Relationship Management. Recruitment/Staffing/Capacity. Business Planning. Invoicing and Payroll. Service Delivery o Highest quality of care delivery. Maintain culture of Continuous Improvement and service quality. Person Centred Care Planning and Risk Assessing. Liaise and work with partner agencies. Ensure all care partners are consulted and included in service planning and delivery. Quality Assurance o Implement and oversee quality assurance processes. Ensure each service is regularly reviewed and revised where necessary. Complaints Management and analysis. Review quality assurance feedback to plan continuous service improvements. Managing People o Staff Management. Recruitment Process implementation. Ensure staff capable and confident and suitably trained. Supervision. Appraisal. Performance Management. Absence Management. Regulatory Compliance o Maintain Professional registration (e.g. Registered Manager status). Ensure regulatory compliance against care service delivery, business administration, health and safety and data protection. Maintain structured and organised records. Liaise with regulatory bodies. Improvement Planning. Management reporting. Health and Safety o Management of the Company’s Health and Safety Policy. Ensure Risk Assessments and control measures in place. Management reports.
