Who will I be working for? An innovative and technical based client with an interesting history and an exciting future What will I be doing? Working in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Executive (Web) drives and delivers the company’s website and SEM strategy; you will also be responsible for leading the tracking and analysis of all digital marketing activity. Responsible for producing and maintaining websites and web pages that support business and marketing objectives. Drive and manage the search engine optimisation (SEO) plan. Work with teams across the company to ensure websites are appropriately optimised, including identifying areas of business importance/priority, target audiences and developing keywords Work with Digital Marketing Executive (Content) to produce digital content to complement SEO activity. Deliver paid search campaigns to support SEM strategy. Be the bridge between the Digital Marketing Team and Web Development Team to ensure web and SEM strategy is sound and implemented effectively. Responsible for monitoring website content and working with content owners across the business and the Digital Marketing Executive (Content) to ensure content is high quality, up-to-date, and optimised where appropriate. Use CMS to update internal and external websites with content when required. Lead digital campaign tracking and reporting. Use specialist knowledge to recommend, implement, and monitor website, email and digital campaign tracking mechanisms and analytical tools, such as a/b testing, Google Tag Manager and Moz Analytics. Initiate discussion with the marketing team and other stakeholders, and using insights gained from analysis and tracking tools make ongoing recommendations to improve user experience, digital content and campaign performance. Work with the Digital Marketing Executive (Content) to report on email performance and to improve the impact and effectiveness of email communication. Work With the Digital Marketing Executive (Content) to create and send HTML emails using an email marketing system. Co-ordinate all activities in line with wider marketing campaigns and initiatives. Agency management as required. Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and best practice in digital marketing. What experience do I need? Demonstrable ability to understand and work with new technologies Solid knowledge of SEO and web analytics best practices Experienced in using content management systems, preferably WordPress General marketing knowledge Good communicator - influencer with good presentation skills Innovative and creative Able to analyse data What else do I need to know?
