Are you a Fluent Welsh speaker looking for an opportunity to service members of the public in the Welsh Language? Hard working and driven individual with a passion to provide excellent customer service? We have an opportunity to work with a public sector organisation on a part time basis in Bridgend. The role is looking for candidates that can start immediately and is able to offer 27.5 hours per week with an element of flexibility with shifts. Benefits: 27.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Flexibility with shift patterns Good access to public transport routes Local parking Competitive holiday accrual Responsibilities: Answering, investigating and resolving customer enquiries, in person, by telephone and by email ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective service to customers in accordance with the Customer Charter. Taking payments from customers, adhering to cash control processes. Action refunds in accordance with purchase ledger and service area practice. Managing customer's expectations, in accordance with the Customer Charter regarding waiting times. Keeping customers informed about what happens next and when Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience through actively promoting the services provided by the authority Identifying and suggesting improvements to processes and procedures to improve service delivery balancing the needs of the customers and the authority Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal customers to ensure the needs of external customers are met Updating CRM system and other appropriate customer systems to maintain detailed and accurate customer records Observing the Customer Service Centre performance indicators and participate in quality assurance practices. Experience: To apply for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills: Previous customer service experience Good administration skills The ability to communicate in fluent welsh both written and verbal an exceptional telephone manner Good organisational skills This role is open to applications over the next 7 days and successful applicants will need to be available to interview during the next 2 weeks.
