Business Development Executive £19000 - £21000 basic OTE £25k Monday to Friday Office Hours Manchester City Centre Permanent My client is a leader within the hospitality industry with 4 and 5 star luxury hotels nationwide. They are seeking a driven and commercially aware Business Development Executive to join their national sales team. You will be working from within one of their premium hotels based in Manchester City Centre with excellent transport links and FREE MEALS on shifts from a staff canteen serving hot and cold options. As a Business Development Executive you will be part of a team responsible for finding new business located across the UK. You will build relationships with potential new clients, thinking outside the box to create business opportunities, managing client objections and creating solutions to fit to client's needs to convert business. Successful Business Development Executive will have: ' Experience in a B2B telesales role ' Experience in lead generation ' Ability to build rapport and develop business relationships ' Proven track record in business development ' Proven track record dealing with internal departments and building strong relationships ' Excellent communication and literacy skills ' Objections handling skills ' Ability to think outside the box and be creative with solutions ' Minimum education level - A levels.
