Do you have a passion for Care and the ability to inspire?We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader to support our homecare contract in Barnet. We are looking for exceptional individuals who can deliver a quality service and be proactive within the role. The successful candidate will:-• Assist the Branch Manager in managing the Branch Office and in delivering all required care services within his/her assigned Branch, in a competent and professional manner. • Assist the Branch Manager in every aspect of the Branch Manager’s work, and for deputising for the Branch Manager whenever the Branch Manager is away. • Manage the Branch Office in accordance with the Company’s agreed Policies and Procedures. • Manage the provision of care and the allocation of care-workers for the Company’s Customers within the Branch.• Recruit and select staff to work in the Branch, including the proper administration of all Right to Work and CRB employment checks. • Manage and supervise Branch staff performance. • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with Social Services and customers to ensure their ongoing care needs are being properly met.• Carry out all required initial Customer Assessments, including Risk Assessments; and keeping all assessments under regular Review.• Implementing the Company’s quality assurance procedures, and ensuring that all aspects of care delivery are carried out to a high quality standard. • Ensuring that the Company’s activity in the Area is fully compliant with the Care Standards Act; and conforms in all respects with the standards and requirements of CQC and of any Local Authority with which the Company dealsThe successful candidate will be committed to delivering a high quality service, be experienced in care and will be able to demonstrate effective leadership. NVQ3 in social care is desirable.If you believe that you have this experience then please apply now.We offer great benefits including training and development, childcare vouchers, rewards and recognition through our annual star awards and Mi-deals- saving you pounds on your shopping!Please note the successful candidate will require an enhanced DBS Check.We are an Equal Opportunities employer and welcome applicants from all sections of the community.
