We are seeking an organized Marketing and sales director with an eye for a detail and professional approach, and an energizing outlook to marketing; the ideal candidate will be expected to contribute and demonstrate effort and determination. The business has been seeing continual growth recently and this is a new position to really enable them to push on to the next level. The Successful candidate will have overall control of all sales and marketing activity within the business to enable incremental growth and achievement of company financial objectives. Also will be required to manage a team, having a combined range of skills, on a day-to-day basis and have to recruit and train additional staff. The role will be challenging; exciting as at Security & Communications Specialist Ltd, we handle all aspects of marketing from conception to creation. We are a forward thinking company within a fast paced environment This exciting role will involve: Liaises with other senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold Discusses employers’ or clients’ requirements, plans and monitors surveys and analyses customers’ reactions to products. Examines and analyses sales figures, advises and monitors marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Attracting new customers through effective social media, print & digital marketing campaigns. Improving customer loyalty using our in-house loyalty scheme as a prime tool, Enhancing the overall customer experience in particular with on-line sales, Maintaining and raising brand profiles within the trade CCTV press and industry, Analysing customer retention and devising campaigns to improve customer engagement. Control recruitment and training of staff Produces and/or assesses reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies.
