I am currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for one of the UK's leading suppliers of IT Hardware, solutions and support selling into the Public and Education sectors. The company is a leading reseller of AV and IT in the UK. They specialise in the supply, installation and support across all sectors and owe their success not only to technical expertise but, also to their individual relationship style by aiming to create and enhance their clients IT and AV infrastructures.

The company has been going through excessive growth over the past few years and continuing to develop and reach out into new markets and due to this expansion require some experienced Account Managers to join their successful team.

To apply for this position you must have IT Sales experience and ideally be currently working for an IT Reseller with a proven sales track record of success.

The role will involve both New Business and Account Management with the opportunity to also go out and perform client visits as you become familiar with the company's products, build upon your knowledge of technology and progress throughout the company.

The Job Duties will include

- Account Management
- Generate new business to meet all expected targets.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- New Business Hunter/Development of Business
- Prospect of new clients
- Qualifying Leads you source yourself
- Networking Events/Networking
- Close of a very consultative sale
- Keeping updated with the change of the Market
- Handle incoming enquiries.
- Produce detailed and quotations and follow through to close the deal.

About You

To be successful in the role of Account Manager will have great determination to succeed to your full potential within the business and for yourself. You will be self-driven and a dynamic Account Manager who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

- Knowledge of IT Hardware, Software and IT Solutions
- Minimum 2 years industry sales experience with proven record of success
- Be a confident and outgoing individual
- The Account Manager will have strong communication skills, verbally and written
- A background in IT sales
- Hungry for success
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- The Account Manager will be money motivated

There are clear paths for progression with the company's structure and many of their employees quickly move on to more senior positions within the company.
