Salary £23-£25k Negotiable, OTE Realistic £40k however uncapped and there is also an additional bonus twice per year. Are you an Inside Sales star with a passion for growing business, building relationships and exceeding targets? This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Business Development Team working across the UK and Europe. By joining this Internal Sales team, you will be a key player in that growth, marketing our service portfolio and booking appointments for the Sales Team. You will be self-motivated and relationship-driven with excellent telephone and communications skills and a track record of generating, qualifying and converting leads. Integrity, vision, a desire to learn and passion are essential for this role. Roles and Responsibilities: · Handle inbound calls and generate leads and qualify opportunities for conversion to meeting prospects via cold-calling and social selling. · To deliver targeted internal sales campaigns as defined by the Marketing Manager. · To deliver an agreed number of meetings and sales opportunities for the Business Development Managers per month. · CRM: build and maintain consistent, accurate records · To provide support for wider marketing initiatives such as trade shows and executive seminars or social media. · To act as co-ordination support for Business Development Managers: diary management, relevant information, supporting collateral and information. Requirements · 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telesales capacity. · Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and close deals while maintaining established sales quotas. · Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management. · Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers. · Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills. · Experience of using social media and social selling to support sales initiatives. · Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. · Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. · Excellent listenings kills. · Strong written communication skills. · Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. · Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures. · Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibitions. · Ability to work individually and as part of a team. · High level of integrity and work ethic. · Experience with customer relationship management software.
