This is a fantastic opportunity for you, an experienced Administration Assistant to join a leading company in Basingstoke.

You will report into Director level and be there to assist in all areas of administration and office support for the operations manager but will include:

* Preparation of Reports
* Help develop team documentation
* Produce customer service and contract documentation.
* General office support
* Phone duties, scheduling meetings, raising POs

About you

In order to be successful, you must have proven experience in administration, preferably a technical environment.

* Excellent PC skills - MS Office to include Databases, Spreadsheets and Word.
* Strong organisation, time management and admin skills.
* A team player who will assist and help the dept where-ever possible.
* Excellent telephone skills as well as strong written communication.
