We are currently recruiting for a repair estimator to join our busy customer care centre based in Leicester. Although this is a Fixed Term Contract until December 2016, it would also be an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to showcase their ability to the business for other future permanent roles.

As an essential part of our admin contact centre you will have excellent administration and customer service experience. You will be responsible for producing repair quotations, booking repairs, processing orders as well as sourcing and ordering parts as and when necessary.

To be successful in this busy call centre environment, you will be able to prioritise your workload ensuring that relevant personnel are notified in a timely fashion of any urgent calls. You will also have strong administration skills so as to ensure that all relevant customer information is accurately recorded in the appropriate system.
