Quality Assurance Manager- Job Overview:
New Product Introduction, Due Diligence, Auditing.
You will act in a position of influence within the business- representing the Quality Technical Support function by advising on GxP compliance and assessing risk management for the business.

Quality Assurance Manager- Specific Duties:
*Ensure that NPI is delivered as per regulatory guidelines and manufacturing authorisations- covering Technical Agreements, third party manufacturing sites and supply chain.
*Play an active role in Technical & Method transfer projects and activities as required to ensure processes are transferred in compliance.
*Implement the due diligence process; representing the Quality function and advising on Quality critical aspects of any product acquisitions, in licence or distribution deals, liaising with third party consultants. Overseeing the quality & technical assessment to advise on new business opportunities including the potential of in-licensing.
*Liaise as necessary with third party organisations to represent the Company interest.

Quality Assurance Manager Experience required:

Must have pharmaceutical experience
*Detailed understanding & interpretation of Global GMDP guidelines (EU, FDA, PIC/S, WHO) & legislation (EU, FDA)
*Trained GMDP auditor
*Experience of working with external manufacturers
*Working on new product development, with experience of diverse technologies
*Continuous Improvement methodology and approach
*Non-essential but preferable, Qualified Person for certification and approval of a wide range of products
*Pharmaceutical experience or a similar regulated industry, preferentially bio-tech industry (not essential)- Biologics, Sterilisation
*Degree Educated
