My client - a leading Price Comparison Website are currently recruiting for an In-house Technical Recruiter to join their team. This role will be pivotal in introducing technical talent to the business and growing a strong pipeline of candidates for their Developer community. To be considered for this role you must have a strong understanding of the businesses tech stack: Languages: Javascript (ECMAScript 6), Clojure, Objective-C, Java Frameworks: React Native, Redux Platforms: AWS EC2 Databases: Postgresql, RDS What you will actually do: Take ownership of and drive all aspects of the sourcing process and lead on bringing Developers to the business Manage end-to-end Developer recruitment campaigns Direct Sourcing of candidates for roles using methods such as networking, Linkedin, online CV databases, advertising and referrals Communicating with candidates promptly and effectively Track and manage candidates using the ATS Provide hiring managers and relevant parties with appropriate documentation and candidate summaries pre and post interview Provide timely feedback to candidates on their Interview and selection whether successful or unsuccessful Work closely with HR to ensure new starter information is provided promptly and accurately Manage candidate travel expenses and all administrative support functions for the team Assist with recruitment campaigns, including the drafting of adverts and the posting of these adverts through appropriate sources Provide reporting information to the Recruitment & Talent Manager Assist with any ad hoc administrative duties that the Recruitment and Talent Manager may request Build great working relationships with candidates and colleagues What you will need: Experience of working in an in house or agency recruitment role Experience of recruiting for technical (Developer) roles Solid understanding of technical stacks used by the business Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise your own workload Driven and proactive Confident and clear communicator Networking skills Collaborative team worker Excellent organisation skills Ability to keep an eye on the detail Articulate Ability to multi task This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract This job was originally posted as
